About This Handicraft
Add a touch of nature to every meal with the handcrafted wood serving board from sturdy Albizia hardwood. It's perfectly sized for cutting and serving fruits, cheeses, appetizers and a variety of food. Every piece is hand-carved, hand-finished and naturally stained without any chemical polish on it. Each piece has unique variations in knots, grain and texture and no two boards are the same!

- Wipe clean with a damp cloth before use
- Wash immediately after use
- Wipe with hot soapy water and rinse with hot/warm water
- Wipe it dry with a clean dish towel
- Store in a dry area
- Wood naturally dries out after frequent washings, so you need to oil and wax it to prevent it from becoming brittle and cracking.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity can cause your wooden boards to dry out and split. While prolonged exposure to water and excess moisture can weaken the wood.

Please note that all orders must go through a verification and approval process, which may take up to 48 business hours before they are shipped.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on weekends or on U.S. nationally recognized holidays.
Orders are sent through USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or DHL Express—depending on the weight and size of your package. We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.
Occasionally, USPS, UPS, or DHL may experience delays beyond their estimated delivery dates. If this is a concern, please reach out to us before placing your order to purchase a more secure or guaranteed shipping method.
Once a package is marked as delivered, Olive Hill Home is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery. If you prefer signature confirmation, you may add it directly through the carrier after receiving your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping
Keep in mind that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed holidays.
Orders placed on the weekend or after 1 PM ET on weekdays will be processed on the next business day.

We truly hope you love what you ordered! But if it’s not quite what you expected, we completely understand. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return or exchange it — as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. Returns sent after the 30-day window, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to use the original packaging and pack your items securely. We recommend choosing a trackable and insured shipping method, as we’re not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete the return process.
